Holy Family Uniform Ordering Information  

** *Merry Mart is now completely on-line! There are two webpages: One for the basic in stock uniform and one for special order logo wear. The webpage for logo wear will be open for orders until September 13th. The site will then close to all special order logo wear. You will still be able to order the basic required uniform from the basic uniform webpage or by going to Merry Mart in person***

Merry Mart is excited to offer a new way to purchase the basic uniform and logo wear for Holy Family School students.  Our school can now order all items on-line. 

• The basic required uniform includes:  School day: twill pants, walk shorts, jumper, skirt, blouses, plain polo shirts, uniform sweater, sweater vest and navy crew sweatshirts.  PE uniform: gym shirt, gym shorts and sweat pants. All these items can be ordered anytime on-line from Merry Mart or can be purchased directly from the Merry Mart store located at 33 Washington Street, Santa Clara. • Optional Logo wear includes: white and green polo shirts, gray sweatshirt, navy fleece shirt and nylon jacket all with the Holy Family "Believe and Achieve" logo imprinted on them. This year all items will display our 25th anniversary celebration logo. These items can only be purchased on-line from Merry Mart during specified ordering periods. These usually take place in September, December, February, and June/July. Please see below for photo images. Click here to special order logo items.
  
  

Items purchased on-line will be sent directly to your home. Please see below for restrictions and guidelines when placing your order.

Below are pictures of Holy Family’s approved Logo Wear for the 2010-2011 school year.  All these items will be shipped directly to your home. 

Important Information and Reminders: 

• Orders must be placed by the cut-off date listed on website (current date = 09/13/10) - website will not allow customers to order merchandise after this date

• Orders must be paid with credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express - check/debit cards with these symbols work as well)

• FYI... the website verifies the card number (eliminates credit card fraud) but does not charge the order - Merry Mart will manually processes the credit cards once they review the order - they anticipate charging all the orders 1-3 days after the cut-off date.

• As in the past, merchandise is not returnable, not refundable.  Customers are encouraged to drop by the store to try on sizes

• Orders will be shipped directly to customers 4-6 weeks after the cut-off date

• Cash/check/scrip paying customers can go directly to Merry Mart to pay for their order during the specified ordering period. Scrip can only be used for basic uniform items. It cannot be used for logo wear items.
  
  
• The girls’ jumper and skirt must be purchased at The Merry Mart. White shirts, navy slacks, walking shorts, shoes, and socks can be purchased at any store as long as they look the same as The Merry Mart brands.
